Your Responsibilities

• By submitting your design to Boss Custom Products, you warrant that you have the legal right to reproduce any logos and/or images associated with your order. You certify that you have legal ownership or authorization of use of any and all logos, trademarks and copyrights used in your design. You certify that the production of any images you have submitted does not infringe on the intellectual property rights or any other person or entity. Furthermore, Boss Custom Products will not be held liable for delayed deliveries, and no refunds or remints will be issued for shipments that are seized or destroyed by customs authorities due to a violation of these intellectual property terms.
• Review digital proofs carefully in detail. The digital proof you approve is what we promise to manufacture, so please review it carefully and check for:
  • Accuracy of spelling and grammar of text.
  • Accuracy of the design, images and logos.
  • Colors, finish, and plating chosen.
• Because coins are custom made to order with your specific design, once you have approved the digital proof and the order has been sent to production, it cannot be canceled for any reason.
